    Flights are not included. Once your spot is secured, you will receive clear arrival and departure guidance to ensure a smooth travel experience.

    What if this is my first international trip?
    You are fully supported. Detailed travel guidance, packing recommendations, and arrival instructions are provided well in advance. Many past guests have traveled internationally for the first time with ease and confidence.

    What is the payment structure?
    A deposit is required to reserve your spot. A scheduled payment arrangement available for the remaining balance and are outlined during the registration process.

    Are payments refundable?
    All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits and any additional payments. Funds are applied immediately toward securing accommodations and retreat logistics. Travel protection is strongly recommended to cover your flights and luggage in case of any changes.

    How are payments accepted?

    Once you express interest through registration, you’ll receive a retreat agreement outlining the details of the experience along with an invoice for your deposit. Your spot is officially secured once the agreement is completed and the deposit is received.

    After your deposit is paid, the remaining balance is handled through scheduled monthly payments. These payments are invoiced automatically and spaced out to support ease and consistency leading up to the retreat. All payment details, dates, and amounts are clearly outlined in advance so there are no surprises.
